  • Subscription and Payment Details: Billing address, payment card information (processed by third-party service providers such as Stripe), transactional history

  • Profile Information: Profile photo, social media handles or links (if provided by the user), personas

  • Career Data: Phone number, address, job titles, employer names, dates of employment, schools, degrees, grades, certificates, school attendance dates, skills, achievements, qualifications, publications, outside-of-work activities, professional societies, website URLs, awards, accomplishments, reference details

  • Job Tracker Data: job applications, information on potential employers

3. Data Collected Automatically

Some information is collected automatically when using the Service:

  • Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, time zone settings

  • Analytics and Performance Data: Pages viewed, actions taken on the platform, time spent on pages, clickstream data (i.e. route taken through the website)

  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: cookies and tracking pixels which are unique identifiers assigned to your session

4. Data from Third Parties

If you have used third-party services to set up your account or connect to your account, we may collect:

  • Publicly available information, such as name, email, profile picture, job title

  • Additional data shared via integration, such as imported job titles, job descriptions, application detail

5. Communications Data

When you contact us through support or interact with our team, we will collect support requests, report messages, feedback and surveys.
If you use the Service, specifically the job tracker, to interact with potential employers, we will collect message content and message date.

We generally do not collect sensitive personal data, such as health, ethnicity, or political opinions. We will only collect this data if the user has included it in their resumes or cover letter, which they are solely responsible for ensuring that it is compliant with these Terms.
